I have an amazing opportunity for an individual who is pursuing a new challenge. The successful candidate will be a valued addition and will be joining a small busy team based on the outskirts of Bristol for a national company.
Are you a leader that can work in an organised manner and cope under pressure? Do you have a managerial background? As the next Regional Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations in the Southwest area.
Job Title: SW Regional Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)
Location: Midsomer Norton
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £42,000.00 (with a bonus opportunity)
(This position includes a company car)
This busy enterprise provides varied organisations with their world-renowned product. Being the UK’s subsidiary, they offer a complete range of products, which is backed up by a comprehensive project management experience, with a highly trained technical department and sales team.

The role includes:

  • Ensure operational and financial KPI’s are met.
  • Oversee, lead and mentor a regional team of both field and office staff, with regular performance reviews. This will involve all training and support being offered to staff to enable them to perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Manage the budget and resources allocation to support the business, ensuring customer expectations are fulfilled and working closely with the contracts department to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients that add value, developing new opportunities in the Southwest Region.
  • When required, travel throughout the Region to maintain a direct dialogue and relationship with clients and field technicians alike.
  • Data Management/Process Systems: Continuous improvement in collaboration with the IT Dept.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Management / Team Leading experience in a customer faced environment
  • Previous experience of working to KPI’s, financial acumen (profit / loss)
  • Professional and courteous manner with the aptitude to build strong relationships
  • Sales conversion resourcefulness
  • Good communication and teamworking skills are essential
  • Highly organised, strong problems solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • A good working knowledge of the MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Full UK Driving License
