Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their inquiries about fashion products and services. Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Stay updated on fashion trends, product offerings, and promotions to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
