Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Swedish Customer Support Advisor specializing in Delivery Services for a remote position based in Greece. This role offers you the chance to assist our Swedish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our delivery options while providing top-tier customer support in a flexible, remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to delivery services, including order tracking, shipping options, and service policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective record-keeping and future reference. Work collaboratively with logistics and operational teams to address customer concerns and improve service efficiency. Stay updated on the latest company offerings, shipments, and delivery processes to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer support, especially within the delivery or logistics industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on creating positive customer experiences. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer service mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple customer inquiries.
