Responsibilities Build and maintain a robust portfolio of Swedish-speaking clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and referrals. Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve a win-win for clients and the company. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, company products, and competitor activities to provide informed guidance to clients. Document all sales activities accurately within the CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting. Collaborate with the sales team to meet collective targets and share insights and strategies. Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B setting; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on business growth opportunities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in overcoming challenges. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
