Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Agent for Booking.com, complete with fully paid relocation to the enchanting country of Greece. In this role, you will assist Swedish-speaking customers with their travel bookings, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as they plan their travels. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and assisting with bookings. Help customers navigate the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Document interactions in the CRM system for continuous improvement and quality assurance of service. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer experiences. Stay updated on Booking.com's products, services, and policies to provide accurate advice to customers. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in English considered a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to effectively analyze problems and provide timely solutions with a positive approach. Experience with CRM software and online booking systems is beneficial. Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in the Greek culture. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
