Responsibilities Deliver high-quality assistance to Swedish-speaking customers via live chat, email, and telephone. Respond to customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support efficiently. Guide customers through product features and benefits to enhance their overall satisfaction. Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve service and product offerings. Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively. Stay informed about automotive trends and new product developments to provide accurate information to customers. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking purposes. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong interest in automotive products and knowledge of the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in customer service tools alongside Microsoft Office applications. Ability to solve problems efficiently and work in a dynamic environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
