Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Swedish Speaking Client Service Representative. This opportunity allows you to join our team while enjoying the benefit of paid relocation to Greece, a destination known for its stunning landscapes and rich culture! In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and assistance. Your exceptional communication skills will be key to creating strong relationships and maintaining client satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to our Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery. Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide precise information to clients. What We Are Looking For: Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction. Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn new systems quickly. A friendly and approachable attitude towards clients. Willingness to relocate to Greece, with benefits of paid relocation.
