We are looking for driven individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the experience of our Swedish-speaking clients. As a vital part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and ensuring a supportive and informative interaction. Key Responsibilities Offer outstanding customer support in Swedish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Effectively manage customer queries and issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions. Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system. Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of our services. Work collaboratively with team members to share customer insights and enhance service offerings. Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and best practices in customer service. Fluency in Swedish (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in a customer service, support, or related role is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
