This role offers the chance to work in beautiful Bulgaria, complete with paid relocation assistance. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are met with the highest level of service. Responsibilities Assist Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services. Provide detailed information about offerings, assist with account management, and handle troubleshooting requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and continuity. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction. Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a tech or retail environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support. A passion for supporting others and a commitment to professional growth.
