Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support. Stay updated on company products and services to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to a new cultural and work environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered.
