Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representatives at Booking.com, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their bookings, inquiries, and issues, all while communicating in Swedish. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and other services via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish. Provide detailed information about bookings, payment options, and cancellation policies. Assist customers with modifying or canceling their reservations as needed. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues. Stay updated on promotions, system updates, and travel trends to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and online communication tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
