This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for customer service and an interest in construction solutions. As a member of our team, you will provide essential support to customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns regarding construction services are addressed with professional excellence in Swedish. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to construction projects, services, and timelines via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish. Provide accurate information on project specifications, pricing, and contract details. Assist customers with scheduling, changes to projects, and any service-related requests. Resolve complaints and issues promptly, aiming for complete customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Stay informed about industry standards and best practices to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer relations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle obstacles effectively. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
