In this role, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries and ensure they receive the support they need in Swedish. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish. Provide detailed information regarding service options, pricing, and industry regulations. Assist customers with account management, inquiry resolution, and troubleshooting service-related issues. Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to address customer issues effectively. Stay updated on industry developments and company offerings to provide accurate information. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
