This role is ideal for proactive individuals who are passionate about health technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As part of our dynamic team, you will assist clients and healthcare professionals in navigating our health technology solutions in Swedish. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding health technology products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish. Guide customers through product features, usage, and troubleshooting of technical issues. Assist healthcare professionals in understanding and utilizing health technology solutions effectively. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to provide precise assistance. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities. Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general IT applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
