As a representative, you will provide exceptional support to clients in Swedish, addressing their inquiries related to health technology products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries about HealthTech products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish. Provide comprehensive information regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting. Assist customers with account management, order processing, and technical issues. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery. Stay informed about developments in health technology to provide clients with up-to-date information. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the HealthTech or healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
