Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. If you have a keen interest in property and a passion for providing excellent customer service, this position is the perfect fit for you. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to real estate transactions, services, and information, ensuring a seamless experience in Swedish. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property transactions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish. Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and market conditions. Assist customers with the buying, selling, or renting process and guide them through necessary documentation. Resolve any issues or complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to provide the best outcomes for clients. Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and company services to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate management systems and CRM software is desirable.
