This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainability and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In this position, you will assist customers in understanding renewable energy solutions while delivering outstanding support in Swedish. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Swedish. Educate customers about energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available solutions. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
