Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Swedish Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support included. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support and solutions to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels. Accurately document all customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to tackle complex customer issues and provide solutions. Stay well-informed about products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer service processes and overall experience. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or customer solutions roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and customer-centric mindset.
