Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive optimal value. Address customer complaints and issues proactively, striving for swift resolutions. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to inform ongoing improvements. Collaborate with teams across the company to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer solutions. Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide insightful support. Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills. Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on creating positive customer experiences. Ability to diagnose issues and resolve them effectively. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
