Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Stay informed about products, policies, and updates to better assist customers. Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and service quality. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude. Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
