This role is fully remote and based in Greece, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting Swedish-speaking clients. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will assist restaurant partners and users with technical inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure smooth operational experiences. Your expertise and language skills will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
