Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to uncover their specific needs and business goals through in-depth consultations. Develop and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and maximize their potential. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insightful recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support of solutions. Lead training sessions for clients, empowering them to utilize our products effectively. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant guidance during client interactions. Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. A good understanding of technology solutions and eagerness to learn about new tools and methodologies. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
