Key Responsibilities Engage with Swedish-speaking clients to assess their requirements and business challenges. Design and present tailored solutions that effectively address client needs. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed advice. Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or related roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively. Technical proficiency with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Self-motivated and well-organized to manage multiple projects efficiently.
