You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved effectively and professionally. Your Role As a Swedish Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through various communication channels. Your linguistic skills and customer-centric attitude will help maintain strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Swedish via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently. Stay current with company products, policies, and support procedures. Participate in continuous training and contribute to process improvements. Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
