JOB SUMMARY

As a PeopleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing systems, processing, and information requirements necessary to support and improve the operation of statewide SWIFT Oracle/PeopleSoft Financials and Supplier Chain Management (FSCM), as well as designing and developing new programs and processes and maintain or modify existing programs and processes which address those requirements.
This is a Remote Worker position, where the employees home address shall serve as their official work location and must be located within the continental United States. Remote work is a condition of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Position requires a minimum of three (3) years of IT related experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft Financials applications.

Experience must include:

  • Oracle/PeopleSoft FMS/FSCM9.2 software development and support
  • Oracle/PeopleSoft application development tools, i.e., PeopleTools 8.60

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical data processing tools, including PeopleTools 8.60, Oracle Database, BI Publisher, COBOL, AppWorx, Fluid, SQL, IS utilities, PS Query, SQR, XML, JavaScript, UltraEdit, Windows, SQL Developer, Application Engine, HTML.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and Supplier Chain Management (FSCM), and PORTAL (HUB), and Supplier Portal
  • Experience with version control/migration tools for PeopleSoft such as Phire/MTK/Azure DevOps..
  • Ability to define the real problem in a business/administrative setting.
  • Ability to determine requirements for potential solutions.
  • Ability to synthesize requirements into cost-justifiable systems designs.
  • Knowledge of MN.IT’s services, standards and processes.
  • Ability to work with persons of varying technical knowledge and communicate in audience appropriate language.
  • Strong skills in time management (independent and team).
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
