Up to £28,205.24 pro rata, dependent on experience
16 hours per week
As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. Now, we’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.
Full responsibility and accountability for Swim & Pool; programming within the centre, covering the management, governance, and active selling of these products and services: Children’s Group Swimming Lessons (Swim School, Preschool & Parent and child), Children 1:1s, Adult Group and 1:1 swimming lessons. This will be achieved by innovating and supporting our evolving swim proposition, thereby resulting in the delivery of budgeted revenue through these propositions.

• Grow overall Swim School attendance
• Deputise for the General Manager
• Ensure the Swim Team deliver Service as It should be to all of our members
• Also ensure swim team deliver the highest quality swim sessions
• Support other departments in understanding all areas of the swim programme
