At Inspire Mum & Baby, swimming is more than a skill — it builds water safety, confidence, and lifelong joy. We are seeking an experienced Swim Coach & Operations Planning Specialist to join our team.
This role combines hands-on swim coaching with operations and class planning responsibilities , making it ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching children and confident in managing the flow of a busy swim school.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of experience in swim coaching (babies, toddlers, or young children preferred).
Certification : Recognised swim teaching qualification (STA or SwimSafer). Additional child development or sports-related certifications are an advantage.
Operations Skills : Strong organisational ability, capable of managing class schedules, planning resources, and handling parent communications.
