The Granite Club is looking for a part time Swim Coach who will be responsible to Coach groups, perform administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Aquatics Director, and provide a positive and safe environment for athletes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performance of water rescue and first aid when necessary.
• Coach Assigned group(s)
• Training and Teaching based on leadership of the Head Coach
• Assist in promotion and recruiting when necessary
• Complete accident and incident reports when necessary
• Maintain all required certifications
• Teach values consistent with sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for coaches and fellow athletes
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current NLS certification
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• AED Certification
• Respect In Sport
• Good communications skills and ability to speak English fluently
• Successful Police “Vulnerable Sector” Check
• Flexible to work variable shifts; evenings, weekends and holidays
