FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Swim Instructor
Duties:
- Teach swimming lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum based on participants’ needs and abilities
- Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques, water safety, and rescue skills
- Evaluate participants’ progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and certifications
Experience:
- Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
