• Water Safety Education: A crucial part of the role involves educating students about water safety rules and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe swimming environment.
• Evaluating Student Progress: Instructors assess each student’s performance during swim sessions, providing feedback and adjusting lesson plans as necessary to help students improve their skills.
