* Minimum 16 years old * Current in either Red Cross, YMCA or Ellis and current certification in CPR, First Aid, AED and O2 * Must be able to perform all physical tasks of a Lifeguard as well as lift an adult male from the pool onto the pool deck. * Complete program specific and employee orientation training by required timeline.
