Grow your career in the industry What will you do as a Swim Instructor? The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, positive manner Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills Ensure swimmer safety What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor? Previous swim instruction is preferred, but we are happy to train you Lifeguard certification preferred Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, child, and infant preferred, but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers ages: 4 months to 10 years and Special Needs. Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish) not required.

Responsibilities

Teach swimming skills using the SafeSplash curriculum in a fun and positive manner. Ensure the safety of all swimmers while providing continuous corrective feedback to students.
