Experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in childcare, teaching, or coaching (competitive swimming experience is a huge plus!). Certifications: You have (or are willing to get) CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications within your first 6 months. We’ll help you get there! Mindset: You’re punctual and dependable.
