Department Overview: Our swim Instructors teach swimmers of various ages and skill levels how to swim safely and improve their technique. We create a positive and supportive learning environment while emphasizing water safety, skill development, and confidence in the water. Key Responsibilities: * Lead swim lessons for small groups of swimmers * Teach water safety, basic swimming skills, and stroke development * Provide feedback and encouragement to help swimmers improve * Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to pool rules * Adapt lessons to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer * Maintain a positive, patient, and supportive learning environment Anticipated Hours Per Week 4 to 12 Schedule: Hours can very depending on schedule. Our operational hours are as follows: * Sunday 1pm to 6pm * Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30pm to 7:30pm * Saturday 8:30am to 11:30am Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $11.00 to $16.00 Number Of Positions 3 Position Summary/Job Duties: If you enjoy working with children and helping them achieve success in themselves and swimming look no further!
