• You’ll welcome Learn to Swim members (and carers) and help them find whatever they need or whatever they’re looking for.?
• You’ll provide heartfelt service and deliver exceptional swim classes in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards to children (and adults)
• You’ll create an environment where Learn to swim members are so engaged and entertained, they don’t even realise they’re learning to swim.?
• You’ll embrace feedback and suggestions to improve swim program delivery.?
• You’ll keep the Learn to Swim area safe and clean… considering equipment and surrounds.?
• You’ll always advocate water safety and swim survival skills.?
• You’ll always find ways to give our members that little bit extra… especially when it’s unexpected.
