Grow your career in the industry What will you do as an Assistant Manager? Work closely with the location owner to set up and maintain location policies and procedures within the SafeSplash Franchise structure Maintain staff by recruiting, hiring, orienting, scheduling, and training employees Maintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards amongst all employees Manage employee policies and procedures, payroll, and employee benefits Responsible for each location's customers and staff, including managing inventory levels, ordering, class management, and sales Hybrid job model with most of the day being remote: Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-7:00pm, Fridays 10:00-3:00, and weekend hours 12:00pm-4:00pm. Only go to the pool decks as needed on a rotation schedule. What are we looking for in an Assistant Manager? 2 years of management experience in customer service Extensive experience with computer scheduling software A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team Flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends Preferred Skills: Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression Professionalism over the phone and text Bilingual preferred, not required Provide excellent customer service Support the staff of instructors as they report deck needs to you Reports directly to the General Manager Flexible work from home options available.
