Grow your career in the industry What will you do as a Deck Supervisor? Serve as the lifeguard on duty. Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area, enforcing safety regulations as outlined in American Red Cross Lifeguard standards Assist swimmers in and around the pool area as well as swim instructors, as needed Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports. What are we looking for in a Deck Supervisor? Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmer Previous swim instruction experience is required Must be able to successfully complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards
