POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Swim Teacher, you’ll be responsible for teaching swim lessons to children and/or adults in accordance with our curriculum and safety standards. Whether you’re working with beginners or helping advanced swimmers fine-tune their technique, you’ll be making a lasting impact.

• Lead group and private swim lessons for various age groups
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all swimmers
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members
• Provide regular feedback on student progress
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area
• Adhere to all company and pool safety protocols
