JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool CAD Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical drafting with a focus on swimming pool, water feature, and spa system designs. You will be responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings for all stages of project development, from concept to construction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting/design for swimming pools, water features, or related mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool piping layouts, filtration systems, hydraulic calculations, and MEP integration.
• Familiar with relevant standards such as BS, ASHRAE, and local authority requirements (e.g., ADM, ADDC).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working with consultants or contractors in the UAE or GCC region.
• Understanding of site construction practices and project execution.

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for swimming pool, jacuzzi, water feature, and associated MEP works in accordance with project specifications and design requirements.
• Develop shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings align with project needs and local regulations.
• Modify and revise drawings as per client comments and site conditions.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all drawings and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi building codes, regulations, and international standards related to swimming pool design and mechanical systems.
• Prepare material take-offs and assist in estimation when required.
