Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans based on participants’ needs and goals
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and water safety
- Monitor and evaluate participants’ progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and progress
Skills:
- Strong sports coaching skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate individuals or groups
- Excellent communication skills to educate participants on swimming techniques and water safety
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Patience and empathy to work with individuals who may have fear or anxiety around water
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid is preferred, but not required

WE WILL PUT YOU THROUGH ALL ESSENTIAL TRAINING, NO PREVIOUS SWIM TEACHING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
