Now in our seventh year and continuing to grow, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Swimming Instructors to join our vibrant crew. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just dipping your toes into the world of swim teaching, we’d love to hear from you!

NOT QUALIFIED YET? NO PROBLEM—WE’LL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION PROCESS.

What We’re Looking For:

• A willingness to obtain AUSTSWIM certification
• Current or willingness to obtain CPR certification
• A valid Working With Children Check
• Availability for weekday morning shifts starting at 8:50 AM
• Availability for weekday afternoon shifts starting at 3:20 PM
• Availability for Saturday shifts starting at 7:50 AM or 11:20 AM
• Reliability, commitment, and a positive attitude

• Parents looking to rejoin the workforce
• High school students over the age of 17
• Uni students after flexible hours
• Former swimmers or lifeguards wanting to stay close to the water
• Anyone seeking short, rewarding shifts (3–4 hours)
