We are seeking an experienced and reliable Swimming Pool Technician to install, maintain, and repair swimming pools and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and cleaning processes. This role requires hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to keep pools safe, clean, and operational.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Knowledge of pool water chemistry (chlorine levels, pH balance, alkalinity).
• Operation and maintenance of filtration systems, pumps, heaters, dosing systems, and lighting.
• Ability to detect and repair leaks, blockages, and equipment malfunctions.
• Familiarity with pool cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Understanding of plumbing and electrical connections for pool systems.
• Perform regular cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, and skimming of pools.
• Conduct water testing and apply necessary chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills to interact with supervisors, clients, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Basic English communication (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage in GCC).
• Valid driving license (preferred for mobility between sites).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–5 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance, repair, and operation.
• GCC/Middle East experience in pool projects and maintenance (advantage).
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP), or specialized Swimming Pool Maintenance & Operations training (preferred).
• Pool Operator Certification (CPO) or equivalent.
• Basic First Aid & Safety certification.
• Electrical/Plumbing license (where applicable).
• Valid UAE driving license
