JOB DESCRIPTION

The MEP Supervisor for swimming pools will be responsible for overseeing all MEP-related activities throughout the construction, installation, and maintenance phases of swimming pool projects. This includes managing the installation of pumps, filtration systems, heaters, dosing systems, and control panels. The role also involves supervising the wiring of pool lights and features, as well as the complete plumbing network for water circulation and drainage. The supervisor ensures that all MEP work is executed to the highest quality standards, complies with Abu Dhabi’s specific regulations, and is completed on schedule and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

A relevant engineering bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background as an MEP Supervisor, with specific and demonstrable experience in swimming pool and water feature projects.
The candidate must possess a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi Electricity Wiring Regulations.
The ability to interpret technical drawings, manage a team of technicians, and effectively coordinate with other trades (civil, landscape) is essential.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies are also mandatory.
English Proficiency.

Responsibilities
