ACTIVITY WORKERS FOR:

• Swimming lessons: Saturdays 9am-12:30pm
  SACL is looking for staff to support children and youth with special needs 1:1 within swimming lesson.

All lessons are taught by a City of Surrey instructor, and SACL staff provide support for success.

• Swim staff are in the water providing support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Clear Criminal Record Check (Current)
• Doctor’s Certificate of Good Health
• First Aid & CPR Certificate (Current)
• References
• Understanding of inclusion and an ability to develop relationships between children with special needs and their peers
• Experience supporting children/youth with special needs in a recreational setting
  Part-time hours: 3.5 hours per week
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From $24.97 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (required)
