PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Cavan Crystal Hotel are currently recruiting for a Swimming Teacher to join our award winning team at ZEST Health & Fitness club on a full or part time permanent basis with flexible working options available. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Zest Health & Fitness Club including the successful delivery of the swimming programme in a safe and welcoming environment. To ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded and to ensure the administration of hygiene, service and excellence, both manual and computerised, are carried out to the required standard.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• To teacher swimming lessons to both adults and children in a group and private setting.
• To monitor the pool and provide lifeguard cover.
• To take appointments and manage the booking system.
• To assist in the day to day running of administration in the leisure club.
• To assist in the daily cleaning of the leisure club
• To maintain a safe and comfortable swimming pool area for members and guests.
• To help drive and process leisure club membership.
• This position involves shift work so candidates need to be available to work both evenings and weekends.
