JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Teacher/Coach to join our expanding Adult Swim School.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and develop swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
As a Swimming Teacher/Coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging training environment, promoting water safety, and enhancing the swimming skills of your students.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in swimming or related aquatic activities. STA Teaching Certificate or Swim England, Level 1 Coaching qualification.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex techniques in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with swimmers and colleagues effectively.
  • A deep understanding of swimming techniques, rules, and regulations.

    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £30.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 2 per week
