We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals of all ages to develop their swimming skills. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting water safety and fostering a positive learning environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of swimming techniques and water safety practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of learners.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanour that encourages students to feel comfortable in the water.
