We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals of all ages to develop their swimming skills. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting water safety and fostering a positive learning environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of swimming techniques and water safety practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of learners.
• A friendly, approachable demeanour that encourages students to feel comfortable in the water.
• Relevant certifications in swimming instruction or lifeguarding would be an advantage but are not mandatory. Join us in making a difference through swimming education while enjoying the fulfilment of helping others achieve their aquatic goals!

• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, ensuring that each session is engaging and tailored to the participants’ skill levels.
• Assess swimmers’ abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their techniques.
• Develop lesson plans that incorporate water safety education, stroke development, and personal fitness goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the pool area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress, goals, and any concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills.
