Splash Academy – Making Waves in Swim Education
Are you passionate about teaching children to swim and building their water confidence? Splash Academy is looking for enthusiastic, qualified swimming teachers to join our friendly team in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons.

We run two specialist programmes:

• Baby Splash – parent & child classes from 0–6 years
• Splash Academy – independent swimming lessons for children aged 4–12, following Swim England stages.

What we’re looking for:

• A warm, patient, and encouraging approach with children and parents.
• ASA or STA Level 1 or 2 (or working towards) qualification.
• Experience working with children (preferred, but passion is a must!).
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team spirit.

Hours: Flexible – weekday and weekend availability needed.
