SWING DRIVER LOCATION: DOUGLAS, GA JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a reliable and skilled Swing Driver to join our team in Douglas, GA. The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate various types of trucks including Roll Off, Residential, and Front Load vehicles. This role requires flexibility to switch between different driving assignments as needed to support our operations. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate Roll Off trucks to transport and deliver containers. * Drive Residential trucks to collect waste from residential areas. * Operate Front Load trucks for commercial waste collection. * Ensure safe and timely transportation of waste materials. * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles. * Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and pickups. * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. * Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. * Proven ability to drive Roll Off, Residential, and Front Load trucks. * Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic laws. * Excellent driving record with a focus on safety. * Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and climbing.
