Our Wilsonville facility is growing, and we’re currently looking for a dependable Machine Operator to support and help lead production on our Insulating Glass (IG) Line – Swing Shift. This is not a supervisory role, but we’re looking for someone who can take initiative, set the pace, and help drive results alongside the team. Position Summary As a Machine Operator on the IG Line, you'll operate and maintain production equipment to fabricate high-quality insulated glass units used in windows and doors. Pay starts at $22-$25/Hour depending on experience Swing Shift Differential: $1.50/hour (not included in base pay) This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with leadership potential who can help coordinate workflow, support teammates, and lead by example—without directly managing people.
